Schedule Your Session
Use the link below to book your recording time. Each session runs approximately one hour. If you don't see a time that works, email svenja@lyoncreatives.com with a few options and we'll sort it out.
Step 2
Tell Us About You
Before your episode, fill out a short prep form so Svenja can personalize the conversation. You’ll share:
- How you'd like to be introduced on the show
- A topic or theme you'd love to explore
- 4–5 questions or conversation starters you'd enjoy
Don’t overthink it — rough ideas are perfect. Svenja will shape everything from there.
Step 3
Set Up for Great Audio
Each session is recorded via Riverside.fm. For the best experience:
- Use a microphone or quality earbuds — built-in laptop audio works in a pinch but earbuds are better
- Find a quiet space with minimal background noise
- Join from a desktop or laptop if possible — avoid mobile
- Come as you are — this is relaxed, conversational, and fun

Get in the Vibe
Listen to a recent episode before your recording day. It’s the best way to feel the tone and know what to expect.

After your episode goes live we’ll tag you across our social channels — make sure we’re connected so you don’t miss it.
