Mindful Bellies is a wellness brand rooted in the belief that healing begins within—starting with the gut, and extending to the mind, breath, and daily rituals. The founder, inspired by her own gut-healing journey, wanted a brand that felt calm, grounded, and emotionally nourishing. Our goal was to create a visual identity that reflects her mission to guide others toward holistic, mindful living.
