THE CHALLENGE

Create a calm, grounded brand identity that communicates the emotional and physical benefits of gut–mind wellness.
Mindful Bellies was born out of the founder’s personal healing journey—one rooted in gut health, mindfulness, and clean living. She came to us seeking a brand that felt nourishing, professional, and approachable. The challenge? Translate an internal experience—healing from the inside out—into a cohesive visual identity that would connect with others on the same path.

THE APPROACH

Lead with clarity, support with softness. We started by refining the brand’s message: healing begins in the gut and ripples outward into mental wellness and daily rituals. From there, we developed a visual direction rooted in simplicity, nature, and emotional calm. Every design decision—from the typography to the layout of the packaging mockups—was made to support a feeling of trust, balance, and transformation.

The Seated Buddha within a circle represents peace, wisdom, and wholeness-all of which tie into the healing goals of Mindful Bellies. The minimalist line drawing feels modern and elegant, while the circle offers a sense of safety, ritual, and continuity. This logo subtly honors the spiritual roots of breath work and mindfulness without being overly religious. It communicates guidance, inner calm, and holistic support.

THE COLOR PALETTE

Earthy, healing, and softly energized.
The final palette blends grounding tones and subtle warmth:

  • Earth Root – a deep neutral that centers the brand

  • Sacred Green – steady, calm, and rooted in nature

  • Awakened Leaf – energizing yet soft

  • Golden Calm – a pale yellow for optimism and clarity

  • Mindful Moss – the foundational tone for packaging

  • Warm Terracotta – the energetic accent, representing vitality and the gut’s emotional core

Together, these colors support a brand that feels like a wellness ritual in itself—natural, clean, and human.

THE RESULTS

A brand that feels like exhale. Mindful Bellies launched with a cohesive brand presence that immediately resonated with its community. From packaging mockups to loyalty cards and social visuals, every element now works together to reflect the brand’s mission of gut-first healing and holistic well-being. The founder now has a clear, professional identity to support partnerships, retreats, and product extensions—and the confidence to grow it forward.
